We oversee the sourcing of high quality printing, trimming and assembly of your project in order to deliver a stunning finished product to you. We aim to make things easier on you during your event planning process by offering beautifully hand-crafted items and attentive, individual service that will be remembered long after you enjoy your special day. No two invitations we design are ever the same - we work with you from start to finish to create stationery items that truly represent you. We have an open appointment book, a dedicated team, oodles of enthusiasm and lots of creative ideas for making your wedding stand out from the crowd! 2010 inquiries/bookings are most welcome. We offer an exclusive service to you for the week leading up to your wedding and only take on one booking a weekend - so you can be assured of fantastic, dedicated support in the lead up to your day. |

We are able to work to budgets in some cases, so please be sure to include a desired price suggestion for your custom invitation project. |

| Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 11am to 6pm Eastern Standard Time (UTC/GMT +10 hours). Our studio is closed and unattended weekends and public holidays. We respond to all emails in a timely manner: if you haven't received a reply, please get in contact with us immediately. To ensure you receive our response, please add hello (at) itsadatedesign.com to your email address book. We can't wait to work with you! |
| We always endeavor to complete your project by your required due date where possible, but to avoid disappointment, please allow at least four to six weeks for your design and printing before your 'send out' date - this allows us to do the best design we can for you! Please note that a booking for our design services and your event date is only final once a design payment has been made and received - due to the growing popularity of certain dates of the year, we are unable to hold your date for you if you are still at an enquiry stage of your booking. |
| As the nature of our business is that we are involved in several projects at any given time, a first-booking, first-served basis is in effect, which may mean we need to fulfill other client projects before commencing yours - we are more than happy to advise you of an estimated design and printing timeline upon getting in contact with us. Please feel free to get in contact with us should you have any questions about our design process. |
