| Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 11am to 6pm Eastern Standard Time (UTC/GMT +10 hours). Our studio is closed and unattended weekends and public holidays. We respond to all emails in a timely manner: if you haven't received a reply to your initial contact form submission, please get in contact with us immediately. To ensure you receive our response, please add hello (at) itsadatedesign.com to your email address book. |
| Please note that a booking for our design services and your event date is only final once a design payment has been made and received. Due to the growing popularity of certain dates of the year and an increasingly busy production schedule, we are unable to hold your date for you if you are still at an enquiry stage of your booking. It's A Date Event Design reserves the right to decline projects when it is not possible to meet the deadline required. Meeting deadlines and send out dates - and timelines discussed with our clients - are wholly dependant on the speed in which the client can supply required information and the time taken to approve their proof.
